🛠️ Processing Time

Customized & Personalized Products:
All custom orders require a processing time of 5–7 business days before shipping. This allows us to carefully design, print, and prepare your order to meet our quality standards.

Non-Personalized Products:
These are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

🚚 Shipping Time

Shipping times begin after processing and depend on your location:

Metro Manila: 2–3 business days

Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3–5 business days

Visayas: 5–7 business days

Mindanao: 5–8 business days

Note: These are estimated timeframes. Delivery may vary depending on courier service availability, weather conditions, or public holidays.

📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once processing has begun.
